Hi! I’m Nyla Khan and I know how it feels to lose yourself in relationships.
I spent years people-pleasing, biting my tongue and overriding my body’s signals… always worried my needs were “too much.” On the outside I looked confident, but inside I was anxious and exhausted.
After my divorce, I decided I’d never abandon myself again. I rebuilt my life around self-trust and boundaries, learning through therapy, somatic work and real lived ENM experience how to finally move at my own pace.
Now I guide women to do the same through my signature Pace, Power & Pleasure framework, a practical and embodied approach to stop self-abandoning and start building relationships that feel secure and nourishing.
